Terms and Conditions for the Furniture Pickup Service:
Services and Availability
Our Furniture Pickup Service is available to customers within the Amsterdam region. Outside this region, our services are available on request and additional costs may apply.
Furniture pick-up is possible for both private individuals and companies, subject to availability.
Appointment and Cancellation
Pick-up is by appointment, whereby the customer can indicate a desired date and time. We do our best to meet these preferences, but cannot guarantee this.
Cancellations or changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations within 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge costs.
Furniture Terms and Conditions
We do not take furniture that is seriously damaged or contaminated, such as by mold or moisture.
Costs and Payment
The costs for the pick-up service are determined in advance and depend on the quantity, type of furniture, and location. We will never charge a different price afterwards than the previously agreed costs.
Payment must be made after the desired furniture has been removed from the home. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer, depending on the previously agreed conditions.
Liability
We strive for careful handling when collecting furniture. However, we are not liable for any damage caused by unforeseen circumstances or improper packaging of the furniture by the customer.
In the event of damage to the customer's property by our service, our liability will be limited to the amount of the collection service provided.
Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment. We will inform the customer about this as soon as possible and schedule a new appointment.
Privacy and Data Protection
We respect the privacy of our customers and use personal data exclusively for the performance of our services. Data is not shared with third parties without the customer's permission, except if legally required.
